Welcome to The Golden Hour Renovation.
This kitchen transformation for homeowner and content creator Jade Brittany was designed around real life. With a growing family, the goal was to create a space that could keep up with daily routines while feeling warm, inviting, and effortlessly refined.
With the help of Norelco designer Kenar Jakarsizian and interior designer Courtney Valiquette of Isabey Interiors, every detail was thoughtfully considered to balance beauty and function.
Perimeter cabinetry in a Vale 25 (skinny shaker) profile, finished in Classic Gray, establishes a soft, timeless foundation. The island introduces contrast with Slab Esterel Uniboard, bringing in a warm wood tone that grounds the space. Taj Mahal countertops complete the palette, adding subtle movement and a natural glow that reflects light throughout the room.
The layout was carefully reworked to improve flow, maximize storage, and support the needs of a busy household. The result is a kitchen that feels open, calm, and designed for the way this family truly lives.
