Creating Your Norelco Kitchen

Whether you're building a custom home, renovating your existing kitchen, or planning custom cabinetry for another area of your home, our experienced team will guide you through every step - from your first consultation to final installation.

Every exceptional space begins with a conversation.

At Norelco Cabinets, we know that every project is unique. Some clients are building their dream home from the ground up, while others are transforming an existing kitchen through renovation. No matter where your project begins, our experienced designers work closely with you to understand your vision, lifestyle, and budget.

From selecting cabinetry styles and finishes to coordinating installation, we focus on making the process as seamless as possible. Our goal is to create beautiful, functional spaces that are built to last and designed around the way you live.

Below is an overview of what you can expect when working with our team.

Stage One – Discovery & Consultation

Every successful project begins with understanding your vision, needs, and goals.

  • Confirm project goals and scope of work
  • Discuss general layout options
  • Provide basic conceptual drawings
  • Provide budget pricing

STAGE TWO - Design & Material Selection

Your vision begins to take shape as we refine layouts, select materials, finishes, hardware, and other details.

  • Present initial elevations and perspectives
  • Review options for doors, accessories, hardware, moldings and more
  • Provide a specification sheet listing all the chosen features
  • Prepare detailed pricing
  • Make any design changes required to fit budget. Most design changes will be determined here; however, some refining may happen in the final stages

If you have decided to work with us, we may require a designer retainer, and your deposit will be appropriately credited toward your final contract.

STAGE THREE - Final Design & Project Approval

Once every detail has been reviewed and approved, your project is prepared for manufacturing.

  • Conduct job site inspection and field measurements
  • Confirm final agreement, which includes review of responsibilities and estimated construction schedule
  • Final sign-off of drawings and cost. A deposit may be required at this time for the order to proceed into production and to procure all materials
  • Materials are then ordered
  • A delivery date will be finalized

STAGE FOUR - Installation (If Applicable)

Our experienced installation team works carefully to ensure your cabinetry is installed with precision and attention to detail. For clients using their own installer or contractor, we'll coordinate delivery to help keep your project moving smoothly.

  • Provide final construction documents to trade partners
  • Confirm final delivery date and follow up on any required payments
  • Cabinetry will arrive at the job site the day before scheduled installation

STAGE FIVE – Final Walkthrough & Project Completion

Once installation is complete, we'll review the finished project with you, address any final adjustments, and ensure every detail meets our quality standards. Our goal is for you to enjoy your new space with complete confidence.

  • Complete final walk-through
  • Create punch list including documentation of any warranty items
  • Complete project to client satisfaction
