Jessica Houghton

Sales & Design Consultant

Jessica Houghton was born and raised in the prairies and grew up with a love for cooking and baking inspired by her Ukrainian grandmother. Her family’s 10-acre garden center and landscaping business instilled in her a passion for nurturing and harvesting her own food. She learned early on that the kitchen is the heart of the home, and this has been a guiding principle throughout her career in the kitchen industry.

Jessica takes a personalized approach to every project, understanding that each space and client is unique. She creates handcrafted designs that capture the best function and flow of the space while incorporating her clients’ personal stories. Her designs not only look beautiful but also enhance the quality of life of those who use them.

Jessica began her career at Rona in Winnipeg as a teenager and later moved to Kelowna, BC, where she worked in various positions before becoming a Kitchen Designer. She holds an Interior Design Certificate, an AutoCAD Certificate, and Basic Accounting Certificate from Okanagan College, as well as a Professional Photography Certificate from the Photography Institute in Vancouver. For the past seven years, Jessica has been with Norelco Cabinets, where she started in Dealer Sales and is now a Design & Sales Consultant for local sales.

Today, Jessica lives in Lake Country with her husband, two boys, German Shepherd, and chickens. She enjoys bringing her prairie roots to the Okanagan through her large garden, grandmother’s baking inspiration, and love for canning. Her passion for cooking and designing kitchens is evident in all her work, and she continues to inspire others to make the kitchen the heart of their homes.
