This true hidden gem built by Okanagan builder Bellamy Homes was a finalist for Best Single Family Kitchen up to $150,000 and for Custom Home Value between $900,000 and $1,299,999 with the Georgie Awards 2020. This design brings the modern contemporary living with clean lines while adding hints of charm and characteristics of retro elegance. The slight separation of the bar with the floating shelves off of the kitchen is able to unify the space together, while not breaking away from the flow of the design.
