Sales & Design Consultant

Born and raised in Penticton, Kara MacMillan brings 17 years of industry experience to her role as a Design and Sales Consultant at Norelco Cabinets. A multiple Gold and Silver award winner, Kara is recognized for her ability to create spaces that are both beautifully designed and thoughtfully executed.

Kara graduated at the top of her class in both Graphic Design and Interior Design, building a strong foundation in creativity, technical precision, and spatial planning. Over the years, she has learned the cabinetry industry from the ground up, spending extensive time on-site with installers and trades. This hands-on experience allows her to design with practicality in mind, ensuring her projects not only look exceptional but function seamlessly during installation and beyond.

Known for her approachable, easygoing nature, Kara prides herself on truly listening to her clients. Whether the vision is timeless and refined or bold and unexpected, she embraces a wide range of design styles and works collaboratively to bring each client’s personality to life.

Outside of work, Kara enjoys camping, travelling, golfing, and staying active with her kids, making the most of the beautiful Okanagan lifestyle she calls home.
