Sales & Design Consultant

Originally from the Lower Mainland, Cayley’s path into the design world began at BCIT, where she graduated with a diploma in Interior Design. She entered the millwork industry in 2017, quickly gaining hands-on experience with craftsmanship, construction detailing, and the technical precision required to bring cabinetry to life. Her employer later relocated her to the Okanagan to help launch a sister company in Penticton—an opportunity that broadened her industry perspective and deepened her understanding of client needs.

In 2021, Cayley transitioned into full-scope interior design, building a practice rooted in calm, collaboration, and a belief that home should feel effortless and personal. After several years working closely with homeowners and builders, she returned to her millwork roots and joined Norelco Cabinets as a Sales & Design Consultant. Today, she blends her interior design background with her millwork expertise to create thoughtful, functional, and beautifully tailored spaces for her clients.

Outside of work, Cayley enjoys wine tasting, traveling, reading, and a good mani/pedi. She lives in the Okanagan with her husband—married in May 2024—and their two cats.
