Pickup/Shipping Instructions

Habitat for Humanity Okanagan and/or Norelco Cabinets will not warranty or guarantee any items in Dream Kitchen auction the sale.
THE DREAM KITCHEN ITEMS ARE ‘AS IS’. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

All Dream Kitchen items purchased must be arranged and removed by the buyer by May 3, 2024.
No Dream Kitchen items will be removed by the buyer without full payment being made and the appropriate release is obtained by the buyer. Any Dream Kitchen items not removed from the property within the 30 days of auction close (April 15, 2024) will be deemed abandoned and considered forfeited, giving Habitat for Humanity Okanagan the right to dispose of as necessary.

The buyer agrees to attain a certificate of insurance for their purchased Dream Kitchen against any and all losses subsequent to the auction date (April 15, 2024) until the removal/pick up of the equipment and/or lot(s) from the Norelco Design Centre showroom.

The buyer will be required to select a pickup window prior to the pickup. The buyer must be sure to select a time slot that they are certain they will be able to attend. The buyer agrees to schedule a removal and pick up directly with Habitat for Humanity Okanagan before or no later than May 3, 3024.

Agreement to the following the below policies for pickup:

All items purchased by the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer and must be removed by the buyer. Norelco Cabinets will assist with the loading of certain pieces requiring forklift or heavy machine loading. All other items must be loaded by the buyer. If you do not bring adequate assistance for removal/loading your purchase, you will be required to reschedule your pickup appointment.

There are additional costs the buyer can provide to Habitat for Humanity Okanagan or to Norelco Cabinets prior to the scheduled removal and pick up should the buyer require the following:

Cabinetry Removal (if required) - $800.00

-Countertop Removal from FloForm (if required) - $250

-Countertop Re-Install from FloForm (if required) - $250

-Cabinetry Shipping (if required) - $400.00

-Cabinetry Install (if required) - $3,800.00

-Storage - $250

-Additional Cabinetry/Design Fee - $$ varied

The cost for shipping is charged if Habitat for Humanity Okanagan or Norelco Cabinets receives a request from the buyer to arrange for shipping, any other arrangements made for shipping by the buyer directly is at their own risk.

There is no delivery available unless the buyer agrees to sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY against RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY & DAMAGE if the buyer elects to have either party: Habitat for Humanity Okanagan or Norelco Cabinets deliver their dream kitchen auction items.
