Lead Hand / Production Supervisor

Pay: CA$26.00 - CA$32.00 per hour

Norelco Cabinets Ltd. is a locally owned and operated, multi-award-winning cabinet manufacturing company celebrating over 54 years in Kelowna. We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Hand/Production Supervisor to join our team!

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Hand to support our production team and daily operations on the manufacturing floor. This is a working supervisor role with a clear path to grow into a Production Supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the team to meet daily production targets • Support scheduling, workflow, and efficient use of materials and labour • Provide direction, training, and day-to-day support to team members • Ensure quality standards are met and work is ready for the next stage • Identify and communicate production issues and improvements • Participate in daily meetings and coordinate with other departments • Promote and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company and WorkSafeBC standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (cabinetry experience an asset) • Strong hands-on production knowledge • Previous leadership or lead hand experience preferred • Effective communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks • Positive attitude with interest in growing into a leadership role
