Cabinet Engineer

Pay: CA$28.00 - CA$32.00 per hour

As a Cabinet Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assist Local and Dealer Sales in CAD drawings for custom cabinets. • Work with Engineering in creating shop drawings. • Add/Edit/Create line drawings for the Technical Specification Catalog. • 20/20 Order Entry • Assist Import Team and Barcode Scanning Team • Other duties as required in the Order Management Team, Systems and Engineering Teams. • Various other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in custom cabinetry or millwork manufacturing • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required) • Experience programming CNC routers and beam saws (required) • Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and shop production processes • Experience designing cabinetry to accommodate built-in and integrated appliances (asset) • Familiarity with manufacturer specifications, clearance requirements, and panel-ready systems (asset) • Experience with 2020 inSight is considered a strong asset • Highly detail-oriented with a deep commitment to accuracy and delivering high-quality work • Able to manage multiple active projects and deadlines • Strong communicator who works effectively in a team and inter-departmentally • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
