Designer and Dealer Sales Support

Norelco Cabinets is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company serving the Okanagan for over 50 years! We are seeking to hire a new full-time Designer and Dealer Sales Support Representative as an integral part of Norelco's Sales Team.

Our successful candidate will provide an excellent experience and service to our Norelco Dealers, assisting them in their quote and order requests through accurate and timely processing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
will include but not be limited to:

  • Enhancing relationships between designers, dealers, and internally
  • Working with designers and dealers throughout the drafting and ordering process
  • 2020 support - cabinet design and estimating with our in-house 2020 catalog
  • Assist with custom drawings using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp
  • Order entry, service, and work order support
  • Troubleshooting and sharing product knowledge with designers and dealers
  • Organizing shipping and LTL freight rates
  • Maintaining and ensuring dealer sales systems are up to date including emails, digital files and CRM
  • Coordinating and maintaining sample kits and processing requests
  • Various other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2020 Design experience
  • AutoCAD experience an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of the basic kitchen and bath design and construction fundamentals

Job Tyle: Full-Time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
