Scheduling & Customer Service Representative

Norelco Cabinets is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company celebrating our 50th Anniversary!

We are seeking to hire a new Scheduling & Customer Service Representative to our team! The opportunity to work in our manufacturing facility means you get to be part of a team striving to continue achieving leading edge craftsmanship and award-winning cabinetry.


In this role you will be responsible for: 

- Meeting with Install Manager to have a firm install calendar
- Meeting with Service Supervisor to have a firm service calendar
- Schedule Installs based on delivery schedule
- Scheduling service orders based on ETA for shop to produce with assistance
- Updating service schedule sheet and Insight
- Scheduling of service appointments with assistance
- Coordinate Installers and Service Technicians in the most efficient way
- Answering Installer calls and providing information
- Answering Service Techs calls and providing information with assistance
- Ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner
- Sending and responding to internal emails with assistance
- Assist training the Scheduling team

- Experience in the cabinet industry an asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in scheduling
- Comfortable learning new computer programs
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Positive attitude, punctual and excellent attendance
- Able to work well in a busy environment
- Adaptable to change


This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position at our manufacturing facility.
